However, the Kombucha mushroom is the main source of Kombucha Tea, Kombucha. Although most food types extracted from mushrooms is generally called a broth, the Kombucha Tea begs to differ. Kombucha tea is not made by dipping a tea bag instead it is brewed for over five days.Letting that particular mushroom mature first is the first step to making this tea. When the mushrooms are ready Kombucha tea can be made using the conventional way of making tea.



Making Kombucha tea is time consuming and this is the reason why this tea is not that popular in the West. Considering how the people in the West lived, the reason is fairly obvious. It may not be that popular but that Kombucha tea like other teas is still loaded with benefits. Now would be a good time to try the Kombucha Tea.
